The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak is convinced that the elections in seven “problematic” districts will take place this year.
Answering questions of journalists during the briefing on Friday, Volodymyr Rybak informed that factions did not yet agreed positions on this issue, as well as on the elections in Kyiv.
Thus, the Chairman of Parliament expressed convictions that in September the compromise will be reached, “and all the leaders of deputy factions agree with this.”
